If you are interested in registering for the 2020-2021 school year, you can begin by filling out an interest card.   Upon completing the card you can drop it off at our office, 1031 N. State Street, or fax it to (707) 463-7085.  

After submitting the interest card, you and your child may choose to attend an orientation.  The dates of the orientations and registration windows are listed on the second page of the card.  A space for your child will not be reserved until you have completed the registration packet which can be obtained by attending one of the scheduled orientations or by picking one up directly from our school office during office hours. In the event more students register than there is room, a lottery will be held.

English Interest Card

Si está interesado a matrícularse para el año corriente 2020-2021, puede empezar escribiendo la cartilla de interes. Ya completada la cartilla, usted puede entregarla en nuestra oficina en 1031 N. State Street, O mandarla como  fax al número  (707) 463-7085.  

Después de regresar la cartilla de interes, usted y su hijo/a pueden asistir una orientación escolar. Las fechas de orientación y matriculación están señaladas en la segunda página de la cartilla. Un espacio para su hijo/a no será reservado hasta que usted haya completado el paquete de matriculación/registración. El paquete puede ser óbtenido al asistir una de las orientaciones o directamente en nuestra oficina durante horas de oficina/operación. En caso que hayan más estudiantes matriculados/registrados que cupo, en nuestras clases, una lotería será asignada.

California Education Code Requirements

California Education Code (EC) Section 47605(d)(4) (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/ codes_displaySection.xhtml?sectionNum=47605&lawCode=EDC) states the following:

• A charter school shall not discourage a pupil from enrolling or seeking to enroll in a charter school for any reason, including, but not limited to, academic performance of the pupil or because the pupil exhibits any of the following characteristics:
  • Academically low-achieving
  • Economically disadvantaged (determined by eligibility for any free or reduced price meal program)
  • English learner
  • Ethnicity
  • Foster youth
  • Homeless
  • Nationality
  • Neglected or delinquent
  • Race
  • Sexual orientation
  • Pupils with disabilities
• A charter school shall not request a pupil's records or require the parent, guardian, or pupil to submit the pupil's records to the charter school before enrollment.
• A charter school shall not encourage a pupil currently attending the charter school to disenroll from the charter school or transfer to another school for any reason (except for suspension or expulsion).
• This notice shall be posted on a charter school's Internet website and a charter school will provide copies of this notice (1) when a parent, guardian, or pupil inquires about enrollment; (2) before conducting an enrollment lottery, and (3) before disenrollment of a pupil.
